All campus computers were upgraded to Office 2007 during the past summer. The new version is completely different from the 2003 we used before, and we strongly suggest that all faculty and staff members who have not used 2007 go to a demo or training, or get hands-on in one of the open computing labs (MC100 and RC140), or on one of the test computers in the PT faculty offices.
The Office 2007 the file format is different from previous versions. Office 2003 users may not be able to open the document. However, this version of Word does allow you to easily save your documents in Word 97-2003 format, which will ensure that your documents can be viewed in Office 2003.
To save your documents in the older Word format:
Wireless access is available in Applied Sciences, Bradner Library, Forum, Liberal Arts, VisTaTech Center and the Waterman Wing. This service is available for notebook and laptop computers, and PDAs.

Printing: Use the File > Print option at the top of your web browser window. This will print the content in the white section of each page. It will not print any of the menu information on the left side, or any colors.
